Fluentsys on-line language courses have been designed using proven pedagogical techniques and use the latest in multimedia technology to improve the learning experience of its students.

Using a standard Internet connected PC, our students are able to progress rapidly through their chosen language courses. The addition of a Webcam, microphone and speakers (or headset) will enable our students to become part of our on-line campus and to participate interactively with our experienced language teachers.

Adapted to the needs of your company

As a first step your assigned teacher will specify the goals to be achieved together with the company training manager.

Before proceeding further each employee that is to follow a specific training programme will be asked to pass the Fluentsys language level test. The results of this test will help the Fluentsys teacher determine which modules would be suitable for each individual. It is not uncommon that several employees may reach the same objective but each with a unique learning path.

The Fluentsys Learning Path

Each course module has been built using the notion of a “learning path”. This unique series of exercises and tests is useful since it is possible to provide each student with direct feedback such as: test score, right and wrong answers together with hints and explanations.

Tutor implication

The assigned tutor follows each employee as he/she works their way along the training programme. The tutor has instant access to all the information necessary to both follow and help the students (test results, time spent etc.). Using this information the tutor is able to spot each individuals strengths and weaknesses and if necessary point them towards additional modules so that they can progress.
